Barry Marcus

Born in Idaho in 1941, Barry Marcus has watched his home state develop into the place it is today. Since completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Idaho and earning his Juris Doctorate from Stanford University, Barry has continued practicing Idaho law since 1967. Barry has specialized in land use and zoning, real estate development, natural resources, water rights, and estate planning for over fifty years. He is well-known in Idaho’s legal field, and his expertise is a proven asset for all his clients.

Stephen Goldstein

A born and raised Idahoan, Stephen completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho. His practice is focused on land use and zoning, real estate development, natural resources, water rights, and estate planning. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending his time with his family, skiing, backpacking, white water rafting and generally enjoying the outdoors.

Chelsea Herren

After splitting her childhood between Boise and Hailey, Idaho, Chelsea moved back to Boise, Idaho to complete an undergraduate degree in Biology at Boise State University.  While completing her undergraduate degree, Chelsea worked her way up through management positions at a local business and spent some time learning many elements of managing and running a fast-paced and demanding business.  Since joining Marcus & Goldstein Law, Chelsea has worked hard to adapt the skills she learned of business management to the law firm environment.  In her spare time Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, which is centered around keeping up with a very busy toddler, as well as gardening, running, and snowboarding.

Tabitha Penny

After moving to Idaho in 2008 from Las Vegas, Nevada, Tabitha graduated high school and went on to attend two of Idaho’s state schools: The University of Idaho and Boise State University. She graduated from Boise State University with a B.S. in Sociology, and she is the first in her family to attend college and receive a bachelor’s degree. After working in behavioral health services for over a year and attending the Lawyer’s Assistance Program’s quarterly meetings, for her previous employer, she quickly learned that she would rather work in the field of Law. For the last three and a half years Tabitha worked as a full-time paralegal in Family Law, while also working as a part-time paralegal in Property Law. She is now working for Marcus & Goldstein Law, PLLC, full-time. Her dedication and commitment to accomplishing her work responsibilities stems from her willingness to achieve and do more.
